Short on time? Here’s everything you need to know about Summit Hygiene in one place.
Summit Hygiene is a family-owned UK supplier of washroom hygiene and janitorial consumables, founded in 1977 and based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. We supply dispensers, paper, soap, cleaning chemicals and waste products to busy sites in and around London: universities, schools and academy trusts, facilities management (FM) companies, commercial offices and shopping centres. We run our own delivery fleet, and our job is to reduce operational inefficiencies for cleaning and hygiene professionals every day.
We supply the everyday consumables that keep washrooms and buildings running: hand soap and sanitiser, toilet and hand towel paper, wiping products, cleaning chemicals and equipment, floorcare, waste sacks and site maintenance products, and the dispensers that go with them. We buy from trusted manufacturers and sell our own brands alongside them, so you can get the washroom and the cleaning cupboard from one account. You can order online through our trade web shop, or talk to the team.
For many customers we provide dispensers free of charge on a loan agreement. There is no upfront equipment cost; we supply the matching consumables, look after the dispensers and fix problems quickly. It also means one supplier is accountable if something goes wrong. Ask us about the agreement that suits your site.
We are a regional supplier. Our focus is London, Greater London and the area around our Leighton Buzzard headquarters, including Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, and we are strongest to the north and north-west of London. That is where our own vehicles and account managers are based, and where we are quickest to respond. We are not restricted to those areas: we can deliver anywhere in the UK.
Ozoklenz is a Summit Hygiene brand, launched in 2021. It is a cleaning system built around aqueous ozone: ozone made on demand from air and mains water, using electricity, and dissolved in water to give a cleaning solution on site. It works by oxidation and returns to water and oxygen over time.
For a cleaning team, that changes the day-to-day. There are fewer conventional chemicals to order, store and handle, fewer deliveries, and fewer single-use plastic bottles.

How do I get a quote or a site visit? Call 01494 793 414 or email sales@summithygiene.com. We’ll ask about your site, how much you use, and what is and isn’t working today, then recommend a solution.

What if a dispenser breaks or isn’t working for our site? Tell us. On a loan agreement we look after the dispensers and fix problems quickly, and we can recommend a better dispenser or position if it isn’t working for your site.
Can you help us reduce how much we use? Yes. The right dispenser in the right place cuts usage and complaints, and our Aona ReDose dosing system helps control how much cleaning chemical is used. We start by asking how your site works, then recommend what will save you time, waste or cost.

Can I order online? Yes, through our trade web shop. Log in to see trade pricing. To set up a trade account, contact the team and we’ll guide you through it.
What if something is out of stock? Some items are sourced from suppliers as needed rather than held in our warehouse. You can still order them, and the team will confirm the expected delivery time.
What if an item arrives damaged or faulty? Contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. Our Returns Policy has the details.
Do you provide safety data sheets (SDS/COSHH)? Yes. You’ll find them under the downloads tab on each product page on our web shop, or you can email sales@summithygiene.com.
