What We Supply

We supply the everyday consumables that keep washrooms and buildings running: hand soap and sanitiser, toilet and hand towel paper, wiping products, cleaning chemicals and equipment, floorcare, waste sacks and site maintenance products, and the dispensers that go with them. We buy from trusted manufacturers and sell our own brands alongside them, so you can get the washroom and the cleaning cupboard from one account. You can order online through our trade web shop, or talk to the team.

Dispensers On Loan

For many customers we provide dispensers free of charge on a loan agreement. There is no upfront equipment cost; we supply the matching consumables, look after the dispensers and fix problems quickly. It also means one supplier is accountable if something goes wrong. Ask us about the agreement that suits your site.

Our Own Brands

  • Ozoklenz and Ozoklenz Eco 3: chemical-free cleaning using aqueous ozone. More on Ozoklenz below.
  • Aona and Aona ReDose: cleaning chemicals, including a dosing system that helps control how much is used and cut waste.
  • Hyclenz: skin care, sanitising and washroom dispensing.
  • Saclo: a continuous sack system designed to reduce waste, improve hygiene and increase efficiency. We are the approved exclusive UK distributor.

Who We Work With

  • Education: universities, colleges, multi-academy trusts, and private and large secondary schools. For schools and trusts that means the washroom essentials and cleaning supplies in place and dependable before term starts.
  • Facilities management: FM companies and the sites they manage. We can agree terms centrally with an FM company, then supply and support each site, so every building gets the same standard.
  • Commercial buildings: offices and business parks.
  • Retail and public spaces: shopping centres and other high-footfall venues, where washrooms take the most wear and the first impression matters.

Where We Deliver

We are a regional supplier. Our focus is London, Greater London and the area around our Leighton Buzzard headquarters, including Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, and we are strongest to the north and north-west of London. That is where our own vehicles and account managers are based, and where we are quickest to respond. We are not restricted to those areas: we can deliver anywhere in the UK.

Ozoklenz: Our Chemical-Free Cleaning Brand

Ozoklenz is a Summit Hygiene brand, launched in 2021. It is a cleaning system built around aqueous ozone: ozone made on demand from air and mains water, using electricity, and dissolved in water to give a cleaning solution on site. It works by oxidation and returns to water and oxygen over time.

For a cleaning team, that changes the day-to-day. There are fewer conventional chemicals to order, store and handle, fewer deliveries, and fewer single-use plastic bottles.

  • Ozoklenz Eco 1 and Eco 2 are installed systems for routine site cleaning. They fill reusable bottles, containers and mop buckets.
  • Ozoklenz Eco 3 is the portable handheld version, launched in 2026, for places where a fixed system is less suitable or the cleaning moves between spaces.

Ozoklenz In Practice

You can read the full stories on our case studies page, including:

  • Mitie at Network Rail (Eastern Region): Ozoklenz ECO1 units were rolled out across all Eastern Region sites after a successful trial, with site surveys and on-site training. The case study reports it replaced up to 90% of conventional cleaning chemicals. Annual plastic reductions are at least 1,069 5-litre bottles and caps, 683 1-litre bottles and triggers, and 753 750ml bottles and triggers, and regular chemical deliveries are no longer needed.
  • OCS at Covent Garden, Savills at Queensgate and Lakeside shopping centres, ABM at Capital One, Cranfield University, and a London independent school.

What Ozoklenz can replace depends on the site, so we talk through how you clean today before recommending anything.

ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance

Led by our Green Roots initiative, we’re building a future where people, communities and the environment can all flourish. Full details are on our ESG and Green Roots page.

Environmental

  • Green Roots delivery service. We take a smart approach to logistics by combining delivery routes wherever possible. This reduces the number of journeys our fleet needs to make, cutting fuel usage and lowering carbon emissions. It also improves efficiency, ensuring faster, more reliable deliveries, and means fewer trips on UK roads and less traffic congestion. Over time, these small, calculated changes add up to a significant reduction in our carbon footprint.
  • Electric vehicles. All our account managers drive electric vehicles.
  • Packaging. We reuse supplier packaging, including repurposing cardboard boxes to send out customer orders, and we recycle paper and other office materials.
  • Supply chain. We prioritise UK-based suppliers to cut shipping emissions, and many of our suppliers use recycled materials.
  • Chemical-free cleaning. Ozoklenz helps customers cut chemical use, deliveries and plastic bottles.
  • ISO 14001 environmental management accreditation.

Social

  • Local community. We commit to supporting a local initiative at least once a quarter, whether through volunteering, donations, sponsorship or educational support. We took part in the Great British Spring Clean, and we donate to local charities each year, including a local soup kitchen and Leighton-Linslade Helpers.
  • Volunteering. Our team are encouraged to volunteer, and several volunteer with the Rapid Relief Team, which provides disaster and emergency relief.
  • Supporting customers. We aim to support at least one existing customer every six months, through things like free training, product donations, onsite support or staff wellbeing resources, and we support customers’ internal events and team days.
  • Sharing success. Our team share in the company’s success through a profit-share scheme.

Governance

  • Independently assessed. We hold the EcoVadis Committed badge (awarded December 2025), which recognises our structured approach to sustainability and responsible business practices. You can view our EcoVadis recognition page.
  • Quality and environmental management. We hold ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental).
